Why did I choose to be a part of this movement amongst the 100 STRONG AND SEXY? I knew I wanted to level up my fitness game and definitely needed to up my nutrition focus but were those fierce enough to drive me to endure 100 committed days to both and be accountable to a couple hundred equally determined women? HMMMM. I do not think so. My “why” and I think for most of us lies much deeper than the squats and the kale because in reality we can all do those. We can all lose a few pounds, fix our blood sugars, gain some muscle and sleep a bit better. BUT alot of us do not and I believe its because we have not discovered something important enough for us to follow through with the new changes and embracing a new lifestyle for.
If you have not discovered your why it is time to reflect, introspect and once you find that “why” never deflect that purpose ever ever ever again.
Once you find what gets you going, what ignites your fire and what made you want to be a soaring sister eagle you got to, got to define it….like break it down bit by bit, peel all the layers to truly understand it and know that purpose unless realized will forever drive your movement. Your “why” can change a little here and there but unless it becomes a reality and actualized it will be your driving force…if in fact you have discovered and now defined your truest, realist, rawest “why”.
Now lastly its time to declare it. Think it, dream it, breathe it and now say it, write it, declare it……repeat. MIC DROP!
