Four weeks/28 days means we are a little more than a quarter of the way through our journey. The habit of exercising and being active everyday is now starting to be engraved in my daily routine. They say it takes 3 weeks to establish a habit right? Well it’s working.
One of the things I am thankful for is that the weather is improving, so the opportunity to go outside is here and the warmth and the sun are so motivating – I am trying to take advantage because it does get boring working out in my basement all the time. Options and different activities are crucial so I will be taking advantage of the 14-day GoodLife gym pass for passing milestone 1 and also trying some of the classes and activities Sister Eagles are sharing online in the WhatsApp groups.
Now that the activity is becoming a habit, I really need to focus on my food choices. I am definitely incorporating more healthy meals into my lifestyle , but I’ve been struggling with snacks and eating to late in the evenings. For week 5, I am going to focus on not eating after 8 pm. This is one of the things I really need to get a handle on to reach my goal (and one of the hardest).
