Our Program

How does our 100-day program work?

It is a 14-week health and wellness program that incorporates fitness and community engagement. The fitness aspect will challenge you every week to:
  • Exercise 5 days a week for 45-60 minutes, doing an exercise of your choice.
  • Unplug with a Digital Detox and take a social media break and be fully present in mind, body and spirit on Days 6 and 7.
  • Journal the highlights of the past week, track your progress and meal prep for the week ahead.

But wait, there’s more. We incorporate the “each one, teach one” principle by providing member support to facilitate a more inclusive community culture where we celebrate our successes no matter how big or small.

 

As part of your membership, you have access to a number of optional clubs to continue building upon your physical, spiritual, emotional and mental transformations. It is also an opportunity to restore faith in female friendships and create meaningful, genuine CommUnity with other 100 SAS members.

 

The Power of Step Bootcamp

As a throwback to the 90’s step aerobics era, this Step Club is a 12 week bootcamp that will not only elevate your heart rate but will bring back your SWAG. Complete with original choreographed routines to some of your favourite Hip Hop, R&B, Soca and Dancehall music by certified Instructor Jully Black.

 

Wake & Worship

Listen or partake in a weekly special time of prayer, intercession, and fellowship. This is a place to care for and tune up your life’s engine and your heart. Scriptures are read from the Bible and Eagles are invited to pray aloud or simply listen (i.e. podcast style). All are welcome. No faith? No problem! This is a judgement free zone filled with loving individuals! Prayer requests are welcome.

It's time to embrace the power of weight training and discover the secret to maintaining bone health, boost metabolism, and regain control of your body. Unleash your potential and become the strongest, most empowered version of yourself. Your future self will thank you!

 

Consistency is key! For 100 Days we encourage club members to commit to four (4) weight training sessions per week to target all major muscle groups and transform your entire body. Each video is 30 to 40 minutes long and you can fit them into your weekly routine wherever it suits you best. Hopefully, this will quickly become a non-negotiable time to focus on yourself. The goal is to make every minute count on your journey to strength, confidence, and overall well-being!
